Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy Within The United States

For United States orders, we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the harness must be in its original condition, without any signs of manipulation, modification, or damage. Original shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery)shipments and strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FreeRun Leashes is not liable for refunds on lost packages.

For International orders outside the UK and EU, we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, the harness must be in its original condition, without any signs of manipulation, modification, or damage. Original shipping charges are not refundable. To request a refund, notify us via email with your order details and a written explanation for the return we will respond within 3 working days with return instructions. You may not be required to return the harness due to the complexities associated with customs, duties, and taxes.  14-Day Return Policy For UK and EU Orders

In compliance with UK and EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Directive. We are happy to offer a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, notify us via email with your order details we will respond within 3 working days with return instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date in their original condition and packaging where possible. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs; otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) or proof of postage.

Exchanges

We are also happy to exchange the harness for a different size and will cover the cost of shipping the new harness to you. Please note you are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the harness to us. We do not accept C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) shipments and strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FreeRun Leashes is not liable for exchanges on lost packages.

Replacement Parts

We offer a lifetime guarantee on the housing unit, buckles, and "D" ring. Should any part need replacing over time with regular wear and tear, we will be happy to replace the part at no cost to you.

How to Return Your Order to FreeRun Leashes

  1.            Pack the harness securely in a sturdy box or a well-padded shipping envelope.
  2.            Include the packing slip with your return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information, as FreeRun Leashes is not liable for refunds or exchanges on lost packages.
